The role requires 5+ years of hands-on cooking experience, strong practical kitchen skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards. A reliable, flexible, and team‑oriented approach is essential.

We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Helper to join our professional kitchen team, with an immediate start.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled kitchen professional with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience from a professional kitchen environment, including cooking and food production.

The role

As part of the kitchen team, you will work closely with our chefs and support the daily preparation and production of food. Your responsibilities will include a broad range of kitchen tasks such as:

• Preparation of ingredients and mise en place
• Cooking and general food production
• Preparation of sauces, salads, garnishes and accompaniments
• Supporting chefs during daily service and production
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and consistency
• Keeping your workstation organised, clean and ready for service

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy, professional kitchen and who takes pride in delivering consistent quality as part of a team.
