Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in a quality restaurant, preferably within premium dining or high-standard hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, including proper table service, food presentation, wine and beverage service.
• Ability to manage your own section confidently, efficiently, and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and professional English.
• Strong situational awareness - knowing what guests need before they have to ask.
• Remain composed, organised, and attentive during busy service.
• Positive attitude, genuine enthusiasm, and willingness to improve every day.
• Experience matters. Attitude, initiative, and consistency matter more.
