TrackMan is seeking an experienced Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering to aid in the production of innovative hardware solutions. This role requires strong hands-on engineering, test development, and technical ownership.

As an experienced Engineer in “Manufacturing Engineering” which is a part of the “Hardware Development & Supply” organization, you will act as a key technical contributor across R&D and Production. Your responsibilities will be to ensure that Trackman’s new and existing hardware platforms can be produced reliably, at scale and volume.
You will be expected to ensure design for manufacturing (DFM). This involves challenge designs, propose improvements, and drive best practices across the organization in close collaboration with R&D hardware, tracking and software teams, in‑house production, EMS suppliers, supply chain, and management.
This role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys combining hands‑on engineering with technical expertise and ownership.
Specifying, developing, and driving a strategy for production‑ and test engineering equipment to support new and existing hardware platforms. We work with GHZ Radars, Computer Modules, Camera Sensors and other state of the art electronics.
Act as an experienced technical interface between R&D and Production, ensuring manufacturability and testability are built in from early design phases.
Design, build and validate production‑ and test solutions for all relevant technologies. This includes fixtures for assemblies, automation, “bed of nails” setups, and other supporting electronics.
Develop automated test solutions using NI TestStand, Python, and C#, including data handling, traceability, and statistical analysis.
Perform hands‑on debugging utilizing signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes ect. for root‑cause analysis.
Participate in schematic entry, reviews, placement and carry out layout and routing of simple PCBs used in test fixtures and support electronics.
Drive collaboration with EMS suppliers, including transfer, ramp‑up, and continuous improvement of test and production processes.
Analyze production and test data to improve yield, quality, and robustness, and to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Strengthen the ability to plan and execute according to plan, i.e. spending part of your time doing project coordination work supporting the whole team.
We imagine that you:
Hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and have extensive experience (5+ years) within electronics development, production, or test engineering.
Have strong practical experience with test development, electronics debugging, and production environments.
Advanceduser ofrelevantlab test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope,signal generators,spectrum analyzers etc.).
Are comfortable taking technical ownership and influencing decisions across teams and senior stakeholders.
Work in a structured, proactive way and naturally drive improvements.
Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken and located in Denmark.
Advanced experience with Python, NI TestStand, C# and data analysis.
Experience with RF measurements in the GHz range and understanding of schematics.
Experience in implementing test equipment at EMS suppliers, transferring test data between different sites.
Knowledge of camera and optics calibration principles.
