Trackman is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to help industrialize and scale hardware platforms with strong focus on manufacturability and testability. You will bridge R&D and Production, driving improvements across EMS, supply chain and internal teams.
The role emphasizes hands-on design-to-production involvement, DFx mindset, and data-driven decision making, including development of fixtures, automation, and robust test solutions across advanced radar and camera sensor hardware.

As an experienced Engineer in "Manufacturing Engineering" which is a part of the "Hardware Development & Supply" organization, you will act as a key technical contributor across R&D and Production. Your responsibilities will be to ensure that Trackman's new and existing hardware platforms can be produced reliably, at scale and volume.
You will be expected to ensure design for manufacturing (DFM). This involves challenge designs, propose improvements, and drive best practices across the organization in close collaboration with R&D hardware, tracking and software teams, in-house production, EMS suppliers, supply chain, and management.
