Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive change initiatives across a dynamic global organization. You will support project managers and senior stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and help shape readiness for transformation.

You will structure practical change strategies and facilitate smooth transitions through design interventions, bringing a global perspective and strong communication, visualization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Experience in organization-wide strategic, complex, cross-functional transformations.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project approaches.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conceptualize messages in visualizations.
• Global perspective and cross-cultural experience.
• Experience as a project manager with Agile or Prince2 based models.
