Job summary

Copenhagen Marriott Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead an international team and drive high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate daily staffing, support supervisors, and ensure timely room readiness for all guests, while collaborating with Engineering, Front Office and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

You will be part of the Management Team, bringing a structured, people-focused leadership style to a fast-paced five-star environment

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hotel housekeeping or another high-volume operation.
• Comfortable with performance metrics like guest satisfaction and productivity targets.
• Clear communication and ability to build cross-team relationships across departments.
• Familiarity with Danish labor rules and industry standards (Hoteloverenskomsten).

Responsibilities

At Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, housekeeping is at the heart of the guest experience. As Housekeeping Manager, you will help lead an international team where timing, quality and care come together every day - in close collaboration with the Executive Team.

Your role

You will be part of the daily operation in Housekeeping and help turn plans, standards and guest expectations into a well-run workday for the team.

• Plan and adjust daily staffing across shifts based on occupancy, arrivals and operational needs
• Support supervisors through daily check-ins, clear task lists and follow-up on room inspections
• Ensure rooms are ready on time for individual guests, groups, VIPs and VVIPs
• Follow up on guest feedback in a timely and professional way
• Work closely with Engineering, Front Office and other departments to keep rooms and processes running smoothly
• You will be part of the Management Team.

• You have leadership experience from hotel housekeeping or a similar high-volume operation
• You are comfortable working with performance indicators such as guest satisfaction and productivity targets

• You have experience with scheduling tools such as Quinyx and preferably knowledge of Danish labor rules and Hoteloverenskomsten
