Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Manage food inventory and ensure cost‑effective purchasing
• Train and supervise kitchen staff including cooks, sous‑chefs and dishwashers
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
• Collaborate with management to create new dishes or improve existing ones
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
