EWOR in Odense is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in domains such as SaaS, translate vision into execution roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to enable rapid growth.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to remote arrangements, you will own end-to-end initiatives with autonomy and contribute to a spin-off-ready venture.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
