Job summary

AutoProff is seeking a Senior Transport Manager to lead supplier relationships and oversee the operational performance of Europe-wide transport. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure reliable performance, optimize processes, and support day-to-day operations in a collaborative environment.

The role offers opportunities to influence procurement strategy and cost efficiency across our European network.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in supplier management, procurement, logistics or transport management.
• Experience working with transport providers and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems (Coupa advantageous).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collaboration with suppliers and transport vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and SLAs, resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure efficient operations across Europe.
• Support procurement with contract compliance and cost reductions.
• Maintain supplier data, dashboards, and KPIs; report to stakeholders.
