Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller, through Afinitas, seeks a Service Project Leader to provide project management leadership across the Equipment and Automation European Service organization in Denmark and Germany. You will lead projects from shipment to handover, coordinating schedules and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires engineering background and 5+ years in project management within manufacturing. Travel to customer sites is expected, and you will support Lean initiatives to build customer

Qualifications

• Ideally educated in an Engineering discipline with 5+ years of related engineering and project management experience.
• Strong collaboration and cross-department teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership from shipment to final handover and support installation at customer sites.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to align schedules.
• Identify resource needs and secure additional skills as required.
• Create and own project plans, monitor progress, and manage lifecycle.
• Support Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement within E&A.
