Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) Program Manager reporting to the Director of Innovation Excellence. You will lead the enterprise CRA readiness program across divisions and ensure EU market access by embedding regulatory cybersecurity requirements into innovation governance, product development and lifecycle management.

This role coordinates with Engineering, Information Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Service and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product lifecycle governance.
• Knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, IT, information security, legal and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRA readiness roadmap across all in-scope products and divisions.
• Establish program governance, milestones, reporting cadence and escalation routes.
• Embed secure-by-design and security lifecycle requirements into processes.
• Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessments, remediation planning and evidence gathering.
• Align CRA requirements with design standards, documentation and lifecycle obligations.
• Drive vulnerability management, incident handling and post-market security monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, information security, IT, legal, compliance, procurement, service and commercial.
• Prepare structured updates for leadership and manage resources and risks.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence and address material risks affecting compliance and market access.
