Unify Partners seeks a Director (or Partner) to translate strategy into execution, bridging business and technology. You will own engagements, shape approaches, and mobilise teams to deliver measurable impact across industries.

The role requires a sharp communicator, high ownership, and the ability to develop others while expanding advisory relationships. You will lead transformation initiatives across business and IT, advise on IT strategy and operating models, and drive portfolio

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8+ years working within Strategy & Transformation - either within an external management consulting house or with a mix of industry and consulting experience.
• Please note that experience working as an external consultant is a requirement for this role.
• A relevant Master’s degree.
• The ability to work in both Danish and English (it's our internal language).
• Deep expertise in strategic transformation planning and execution, portfolio management, prioritisation and operating model design.
• A track record of delivery complex transformation initiatives across a range of different industries, transferring patterns and insights across contexts to create measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across business and IT, from framing the challenge with the customer to mobilising teams and driving execution.
• Advise executives on IT strategy, digitalisation and operating model design.
• Drive strategic prioritisation and enterprise-wide capacity planning, helping customers make hard choices about where to focus and how to sequence change.
• Lead organisational design initiatives, including carve-outs and post-merger integration.
• Build and expand customer relationships through trusted advisory and commercial ownership.
• Turn customer needs into proposals, pitches and new engagements, and develop and grow long-term accounts.
• Contribute to Unify Partner's growth as a company through thought leadership, market positioning and helping shape our Strategy & Transformation service offering.

Role Description

We are looking for a Director (or Partner) with a track record of helping leading organisations turn strategy into execution to join our team. We are seeking a commercially driven, delivery-focused leader who can confidently bridge business and technology and bring industry and consulting perpsectives to create real impact for our customers. In this role, you will act as a commercial, professional and cultural leader within our Strategy & Transformation service offering, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen our market position. You'll take ownership of engagements from first conversation to final delivery, shaping the approach, guiding the customer and mobilising the right people to get things done. To be succesful in this role, you will need to be a sharp and credible communicator - both in writing and in person. You will need to be structured and take a high level of ownership. You will combine and balance deep advisory work with driving forward our Strategy & Transformation service offering, helping to define how we work, what we offer, and where we are headed.

• the ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous situations, keeping teams focused and customers confident when the path forward isn't fully defined.
• a strong commercial instinct with a proven business development experience
• a strong track record of building and sustaining long-term customer relationships
• experience owning commercial outcomes, including scoping, pricing and negotiating engagements with a genuine appetite for building and growing our customer portfolio.
