Job summary

Cobham Satcom is seeking a Project Manager to drive the ERP implementation and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives. Based at the Cobham Satcom headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby, you will manage vendor relationships, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and champion change management to ensure successful system adoption.

You will shape project management practices, oversee risk, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience within business systems, IT, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience leading an ERP implementation project in a small or medium-sized organisation; knowledge of MS365 BC or FO preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the MS365 Business Central solution across the organisation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Ensure effective communication throughout all phases of a project.
• Lead change management activities to support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and maturation of project management practices across the organisation.
