THE POSITION
To operate ERP system

• Perform ERP setup as required by the business

• Document, recommend and give improvement suggestions on business workflow, taking into account what is possible and what is not from the system

• Design and generate system data analysis, reporting & forecasting regularly and at related departments' requests to support business decisions

To develop ERP system

• Describe ERP customization and perform testing
• Provide user training
• Exploit unknown features from the ERP system to support the business better

To provide support to system users

• Solve any system-related incidents

• Monitor and analyze system errors to recommend solutions or provide warnings regularly

• Give suggestions to users or suggest system improvement to prevent the issues from happening
• To promote initiatives and improvement activities in all working processes:
• Identify areas for optimization or improvements of workflows, system utilization and developers' performance
• Propose and organize the implementation of solutions (action plan, procedures, changes)
• Coordinate the improvement of departmental and interdepartmental working processes

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education, preferably with some knowledge of IT.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Axapta
• Experience in working in with production/ERP systems.
• Good analytical skills and experience in an international working environment.
• Have good English reading/writing skills & basic English verbal communication

PLUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience of ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX system or similar systems is a plus

• Previous experience of Power Automate, Apps is a plus. Otherwise you’ll be trained for this expertise
