Would you like to make a real impact on technically demanding projects? At Sommerset Engineering, you will play a key role in projects across the pharmaceutical, energy, marine, infrastructure, and complex construction sectors. We bring projects successfully across the finish line — including the crucial final five percent.

Your responsibilities:

• Working with the project team and in close dialogue with clients, authorities, and other partners, you will deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, progress, and practical solutions.
• You will review project documentation and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• As project manager, you will be responsible for schedules, budgets, and client communication, as well as coordination with contractors, architects, and other project partners.
• You will engage and motivate the project team, establish a clear common direction, and follow up on agreed deliverables.

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in process/mechanical engineering and have at least five to ten years of relevant experience.
• You are committed to technical excellence and know how to turn specialist knowledge into practical solutions and tangible results together with colleagues and clients.
• You communicate clearly, work independently, and maintain an overview when managing several tasks at once. You are also curious and quick to understand new technical disciplines and project conditions.
• You are confident and approachable, and you enjoy presenting technical expertise and solutions to clients.
• You are collaborative and contribute actively to a positive working environment.
• You communicate effectively in both written and spoken Danish and English.
• You are organised, detail-oriented, and thorough in your work.
