AGC Biologics in Søborg is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Operational Support department, ensuring mammalian production equipment across Buffer, Upstream and Downstream remains operational and compliant with GMP standards.

You will act as the link between production units and Engineering, coordinating preventive maintenance, tracking task status, and supporting rapid response to breakdowns while contributing to continuous improvements and proper documentation.

Qualificações

• Technical background in production/maintenance (e.g., Process Operator, Industrial Technician)
• Experience in GMP-regulated or biotech/pharma environments
• Experience coordinating maintenance tasks or liaising between departments
• Structured, with strong overview and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to equipment issues
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and trust-building across departments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Desirable familiarity with CMMS and LEAN techniques

Responsabilidades

• Maintain overview of equipment status, maintenance plans, and ongoing tasks across Buffer, Upstream, and Downstream
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with Engineering
• Serve as a key contact point between production units and Engineering for planned maintenance and breakdowns
• Ensure rapid escalation and follow-up when equipment fails to minimize downtime
• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs
• Support equipment-related documentation and logbooks in line with GMP
• Contribute to deviation handling, investigations, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes
• Plan and coordinate transport of equipment
