Job summary

Presto Engineering in Hørsholm, Denmark, seeks a Junior Test Engineer to join the Test Development team. You will design ATE test solutions from specs to production release, with guidance from senior colleagues.

You will work with ASIC designers to develop test hardware and implement programs in Java and C++, while supporting ramp-up and production releases. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for microelectronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Software Development is required.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Java with willingness to work in test development.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review test specifications and advise on testability and solutions.
• Assist HW design team in designing test hardware.
• Implement test programs in Java and C++, debug and validate solutions.
• Communicate with customers and ASIC designers during the project lifecycle.
• Estimate effort for test projects with the Test Development Team Manager.
• Perform characterization tests and report results.
