Are you a recent graduate with a passion for construction and project management Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field Our construction company in Odense is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team on a contract basis

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager you will work closely with senior managers and project teams to oversee the planning coordination and execution of construction projects Your responsibilities will include creating project schedules managing budgets coordinating with contractors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with safety regulations and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

No prior experience is required for this position however we are looking for candidates who have recently completed a degree in construction management or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role We also value candidates who are detail-oriented adaptable and able to work well under pressure
