Job summary

Abroad Work in Odense Denmark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our growing team. The role involves assisting in planning, coordination and execution of construction projects, in a full-time capacity with salary of 1100 USD per month and accommodation provided.

You will support budgeting, coordinate with contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety standards, and help with permits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction or project management is an asset but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Danish language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and budgeting of construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Manage documentation and reporting for each project.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status.
