Secomea, a Danish industrial cybersecurity company, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for the North & UKI pod. You will partner with Territory Managers to identify target accounts across UK & Ireland and Northern Europe, developing opportunities into qualified enterprise pipeline.
You’ll use AI and sales tools to research accounts, engage stakeholders across IT, OT and operations, and maintain accurate CRM data. Fluent English is essential; Dutch is a plus.
At Secomea, our Sales Development team plays a critical role in creating and developing new business opportunities across manufacturers, machine builders and industrial organizations.
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for our North & UKI pod, you'll work closely with Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to identify the right accounts, engage relevant stakeholders and develop opportunities into qualified enterprise pipeline.
Your primary focus will be supporting our growth across the UK & Ireland and Northern European markets.
This is not simply an appointment-setting role. We want our SDRs to understand the businesses they target, recognize relevant market and customer signals, and have credible conversations with prospects.
You'll use modern sales technology and AI to make research, preparation and personalization more effective—giving you more time to focus on developing business and engaging customers.
You're interested in understanding how companies operate, what challenges they're facing and where there may be an opportunity to create value.
You don't just ask, "Who can I book a meeting with?" You want to understand why this company, why this person and why now.
You're comfortable starting conversations with new people, whether that's over the phone, email, LinkedIn or in a meeting.
You can communicate clearly, ask good questions and adapt your approach depending on who you're speaking with.
for this role, as you'll be prospecting, conducting discovery and communicating with senior stakeholders across the UK & Ireland and Northern European markets.
You understand—or want to learn—how enterprise sales differs from high-volume prospecting.
You're comfortable researching accounts, identifying multiple relevant stakeholders and developing different ways into an organization rather than relying on a single contact.
You're interested in learning about manufacturing, industrial operations and cybersecurity and can connect technology to business outcomes such as uptime, productivity, service efficiency, risk and compliance.
You're comfortable using modern technology to work smarter.
Experience with generative AI, sales intelligence or prospecting tools is an advantage, but you don't need to be an AI expert. What's more important is curiosity, good judgment and the willingness to learn how these tools can improve your research and sales effectiveness.
You're proactive, resilient and comfortable taking ownership of your territory and pipeline.
At the same time, you understand that enterprise sales requires discipline: following up, keeping CRM data accurate, documenting what you've learned and consistently delivering on commitments.
Success in this role is about creating quality pipeline—not simply generating activity.
Our strongest Enterprise SDRs are account-first, curious and commercially minded.
They research before they reach out. They look for real reasons to engage. They build relationships across an organization rather than relying on one contact. They use technology intelligently, but know that great conversations and human judgment ultimately create opportunities.
Most importantly, they see themselves as business developers—not appointment setters.
If you're excited about developing your enterprise sales career while working at the intersection of industrial technology, cybersecurity and modern sales, we'd like to hear from you.
