Qualifications

• Degree in data science, engineering, information technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in digitalisation and software engineering within pharma or food manufacturing is key.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering systems, digital solutions or technology management.
• Experience managing software portfolios, vendors, licences or enterprise applications.
• Strong English communication across global teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Engineering Systems team of 10 engineers.
• Own the software landscape from licences to performance and lifecycle.
• Drive digital development with clear roadmaps and solutions.
• Connect teams across NNE and India to align and deliver globally.
