Job summary

COREcruitment is recruiting an Engineering Manager – Facilities Management to lead engineering operations across premium retail sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on support and regular site travel.

You will oversee maintenance, PPM, and safety compliance while driving service delivery for Scandinavia's portfolio in an expanding international FM business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance in Facilities Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building services.
• Hands-on approach to support engineers when needed.
• Experience managing multiple sites or mobile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Scandinavia and occasionally to Paris.

Salary: €50,000 – 55,000 or equivalent currency

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with an international facilities management business? We're seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee engineering operations across a growing portfolio of premium retail clients throughout Scandinavia.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining technical leadership with hands‑on engineering support.You'll manage maintenance operations across sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the continued growth of the business.Regular travel between sites is required, with occasional visits to the Paris.
