HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking a structured and proactive Production Planner to join the Production Planning team. You will coordinate day-to-day production plans to support customer demand and ensure availability for production and shipments.

You will collaborate with Production, Order Management, Customer Care and Logistics to create realistic plans, manage priorities, and resolve issues that may impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning or material planning.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning and material availability.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.
• Plan and prioritise production orders to meet customer requirements.
• Manage and follow up on production orders to ensure readiness for production.
• Monitor production progress and deviations from the plan.
• Plan production capacity, labour and machine availability to optimise flow.
• Coordinate with SIOP, Order Management, Customer Care and Logistics to align priorities.
• Identify and address planning issues related to material shortages.
