Job summary

WS Audiology Denmark A/S is seeking a Director of Retail Operations, EMEA to translate retail strategy into action across multiple markets within the region. You will standardise processes, drive store execution, and deliver sustainable growth by collaborating with General Managers and leadership teams across countries.

You will lead an international team, influence without direct authority, and ensure global standards are adopted locally.

• Significant experience in retail operations.
• Proven track record of delivering business transformation across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Retail Framework assessment and maturity development across EMEA.
• Identify and prioritise key operational initiatives and drive their implementation across markets.
• Support standardisation of global retail processes, training and Retail Experience programmes.
• Translate retail strategy into actionable initiatives and support their execution across countries.
• Collaborate with country leadership teams to drive change and embed new ways of working.
• Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting with key stakeholders and Finance.
