Job summary

WS Audiology Denmark A/S is seeking a Senior Retail Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration programmes across multiple EMEA countries. You will lead playbooks, roadmaps and milestones, coordinating with local GMs and M&A teams to ensure timely delivery and business continuity.

The role demands hands-on project leadership, strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across a matrix organisation while maintaining a sharp commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail, ideally in a complex or international organisation.
• Proven track record in business transformation, change management or integration across multiple countries or complex markets.
• Strong project/programme management skills and a hands-on approach to delivery.
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organisation and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering against targets and improving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration programmes across multiple EMEA countries, from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA Retail Integration Playbook and integration roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritise key milestones, ensuring strong focus on timely and successful delivery.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses while maintaining business continuity and operational performance.
• Partner with M&A teams and local General Managers during due diligence and integration planning.
• Assess integration risks, opportunities and expected financial contributions.
• Work closely with WSA Group functions to support business cases and ensure delivery against integration targets.
• Bring together local organisations and Group functions, creating clarity around roles, responsibilities and priorities.
