Job summary

WSA invites a Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA, to lead the compliance program across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from its Denmark base. You will partner with regional leaders to implement global standards and ensure adherence to legal and ethical norms.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including investigations, third-party due diligence, and training tailored to regional risks in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in regional or multinational ethics and compliance roles.
• Experience implementing and managing compliance programs within multinational organizations.
• Experience leading investigations and managing confidential reporting programs.
• Experience with third-party compliance due diligence, monitoring, and remediation.
• Knowledge of international anti-corruption, anti-bribery, AML, trade sanctions, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance business partner to regional and functional leadership across EMEA.
• Provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance that supports business objectives.
• Lead regional compliance risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee investigations, speak‑up programs, and remediation efforts across the region.
• Support third‑party compliance due diligence and risk management processes.
• Deliver compliance training, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and track corrective actions to completion.
• Lead regional governance, reporting, and engagement with leadership and committees.
