MyDefence Ukraine seeks an Embedded Software Systems Engineer to design, implement, and test software and firmware for advanced CUAS systems, turning concepts into field-ready prototypes that function in real-world environments.
You will collaborate with the Danish R&D team and Ukrainian colleagues to testing and refining prototypes, lead integration activities, and document builds for product teams in Denmark.

We are looking for a Embedded Software Systems Engineer to be among the first to help establish our technical footprint in Kyiv. You will play a key role in developing, integrating, and testing software for advanced Counter-UAS (CUAS) systems, turning ideas into field-proven prototypes that work where it matters most. As part of your employment with MyDefence, you must be able to obtain the security clearance required for the role. You will also be required to undergo a background check tailored to your role and the level of access granted, both digital and physical. Maintaining eligibility for the relevant security clearance and background checks is a continuous requirement throughout your employment.
