Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven leadership experience as Laboratory Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and accredited lab environments.
• Experience in project management, implementing new services or lab development projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, R&D, testing, or quality-driven technical environments.
• Budget, resource, and performance management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily laboratory activities and resource planning.
• Manage laboratory budgets and efficient utilization of facilities and equipment.
• Drive new testing services and capabilities to meet market needs.
• Maintain and improve laboratory quality systems and documentation.
• Support audits and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coach and develop laboratory staff, fostering accountability.
• Develop training, competency, and proficiency programs for staff.
• Support equipment development and testing method maintenance.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
