Suir Engineering Ltd seeks an Electrical Project Manager for our Fredericia, Denmark site on a substations project. You will lead construction from inception to delivery, coordinate design interfaces, and maintain strong client relationships across all project stages.

Ideal candidates hold an electrical qualification or engineering degree with proven PM experience, knowledge of BIM, and a track record in staff development within an international engineering context.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate design works and interfaces with third-party stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client from start to finish.
• Arrange and chair handover of project from estimating to construction.
• Staff staffing planning in collaboration with project leadership.
• Ensure quality audits on site and adherence to the design plan.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and safety training.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Electrical Project Manager to join Suir Engineering Ltd. The position will be based in Fredericia, Denmark on a Substation Project.

We are currently expanding significantly, and are delivering large scale projects across Ireland, the U.K, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

What you will be doing?

• Oversee Construction Projects from beginning to end.
• Co-ordination of all design works & Interfaces with all third party stakeholders
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with Client form project start to handover; acting as ambassador with Clients and all other stakeholders.
• Arrange and chair handover of project from estimating department to construction team.
• Liaise with Project Director and Operations Director in staffing of project and agree on a recruitment plan for staff and operatives particular to your staff.
• Ensure audits are carried out by the person responsible on site for Quality Control in accordance with the design plan (if applicable).
• Hold weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors and ensure that safety and training are discussed.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with the client from project start up to project completion,

Is this the job for me?

• Electrical Trade qualification through Apprenticeship or Engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in managing a project from scoping out project(s)' requirements and resources in line with strategic company objectives to the completion and delivery of the project.
• Proven experience in managing, coordinating, and developing staff.
• Experience in supporting a continuous improvement culture amongst the project team.
• Experience in substation projects desirable
• Awareness of BIM technologies where relevant.
• Awareness of Engineering processes and best practice.
