Job summary

ProSource Group are working with an Electrical Contractor specialising in commercial and Data Centre projects. They are recruiting a Project Manager to join the growing team in Denmark.

The role requires leading medium to large electrical installation projects, planning resources, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering on time and within budget. A trade qualification or engineering background and 5 years post-qualification PM experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and review specifications.
• Plan resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
• Manage team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Identify and track project risks.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and manage changes.
• Coordinate with procurement, commercial and contracts teams.
• Liaise with main contractors and client site team.
• Coordinate and deliver project plant and equipment.

ProSource Group are working with an Electrical Contractor who have been specialising predominantly in commercial and Data Centre projects. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Attend project meetings and become familiar with all details and specifications of the project
• Provide input on technical submittals as required
• Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met
• Planning of all resources including labour, materials, and sub-contractors
• Manage and drive the team to meet all project requirements and deadlines
• Identify and track project risks
• Raise and manage RFI's and manage site labour tracker
• Progress report to be maintained weekly, report on and manage any changes
• Develop and administer quality control provisions and liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate
• Liaise with the Management / Commercial / Procurement team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies
• Work with main contractors and the client-based site team
• Coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment

Education & Skills Required:

• Trade qualified and/or an Engineering background
• 5 years post qualification experience in Project Management
• Proven record of coordinating and managing medium / large electrical installation projects
• Good technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems
