Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead delivery of electrical systems on large-scale Data Centre and industrial projects. You will report to the Project Manager and lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to deliver safely, on schedule and within budget.

The role offers exposure to programme management, client engagement and commercial management with opportunities for progression into Project Management and a strong safety/quality culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in electrical construction project delivery.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or mission critical projects.
• Strong understanding of LV electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Knowledge of commissioning, testing and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Review package scope, specifications and drawings.
• Support PM in developing package execution plans.
• Develop procurement schedules and construction programmes.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables for construction readiness.
• Lead engineers, supervisors and subs to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders on progress and issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover within package scope.
• Drive safe, on-time delivery with quality handover to client.
