Job summary

Fourblue in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major engineering contractor delivering a large-scale project in Copenhagen. The role is onsite and involves design review through to construction and completion.

Key responsibilities include reporting to the Project Manager on progress, reviewing supplier information against design specs, and conducting site walkdowns to ensure installations meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Electrical Engineering role.
• Strong understanding of electrical design and construction.
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Electrical trade background advantageous
• Revit experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Review electrical schematics, GA drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out design reviews and validate electrical equipment and systems.
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major engineering contractor delivering a large-scale project in Copenhagen.

This is an onsite position offering the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary project team, supporting the delivery of complex electrical systems from design review through to construction and completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager on progress, risks and project issues
• Review supplier information against design specifications
• Review electrical schematics, GA drawings and project specifications
• Carry out design reviews and validate electrical equipment and systems
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers
• Review design documentation and identify scope gaps
• Conduct site walkdowns to ensure installations meet project requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant third-level Electrical qualification - essential
• 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar Electrical Engineering role
• Strong understanding of electrical design and construction
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
• Electrical trade background advantageous
• Revit experience advantageous
