Castle Group in Dublin is seeking a full-time Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to oversee health and safety protocols on construction sites and ensure regulatory compliance. You will conduct risk assessments, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, and work closely with project managers and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture across projects in Ireland.

This is a full-time, on-site (EHS) Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor role located in Dublin. The EHS will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations in the construction industry.
Implement and monitor health & safety protocols across construction sites.
Carry out regular risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
Ensure full compliance with current legislation, best practice, and Castle Group procedures.
Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to embed a safety-first mindset.
Support the investigation and reporting of incidents, implementing corrective actions.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within construction.
Relevant qualifications (Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Bachelor degree etc).
MUST be living & eligible to work in Ireland.
Full, Clean drivers license.
Strong understanding of Irish health & safety regulations.
Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to influence and engage teams across all levels.
