Livezoku in Copenhagen invites you to join as a Duty Manager Intern starting February 2027. You’ll be the spider in the web, coaching the Sidekicks and ensuring smooth operations across F&B and Rooms.

This hands-on, fast-paced role offers the chance to lead, learn through real responsibilities, and become part of a vibrant, international hospitality team.

Relocation to Copenhagen is required; accommodation is not provided. Internship allowances apply and the position runs 6 or 10 months.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university and must complete a managerial internship (min. 6 months).
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be hands-on and actively support the Sidekicks on the floor to ensure guests receive the Zoku experience.
• You will coach, guide and train the operational team and help update working schedules.
• You will be the main contact for Rooms Division and F&B matters and coordinate with outsourced housekeeping.

During yourDuty Manager Internship (starting in February 2027)you'll act as the spider in the web, ensuring Zoku’s operations are run smoothly. You'll coach, train and set the team of Sidekicks (the operational team) up for success.

The job of Duty Manager Intern is very versatile and fast-paced. You'llsupport theoperationalteamwhen and where needed,empoweringthemto be at their besttoprovideexcellent service and a true Zoku-like experience,all whilst keeping the service standards high. Youwillwork together with a team ofenthusiastic and highly motivated Duty Managers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as a Duty Manager Intern… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

• Be a smooth operator: You are very hands-on and actively support the Sidekicks on the floor to ensure that every resident receives the quintessentialZoku experience.From crafting a killer cappuccino to jumping into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant orbeing thecontact person for (bigger) resident complaints -you're ready for anything and everything!
• Trouble shooter: You act as the trouble-shooter in case of issues that arise during your shift, coordinate maintenance tasks and help in case no one is available. You'll also beresponsible for the proper handling of safety and security procedures.
• Sidekick Coach: You'll coach, guide and train the operational team. You'll ensure that Zoku’s values are lived by on the working floor and ensure excellent service, all whilehaving fun. Together with your team, you'llassist in updating the working schedules of the team.
• Operational Jack / Jane of all trades: As part of the Duty Managers team, you'll be responsible for all Rooms Division and F&B matters. As ourmain contact person with our outsourced housekeeping party, you'll enjoy structuring all rooms-related procedures, managing restaurants reservations and checking the payment handling.

A FEWMUST HAVES

• You are enrolled atuniversityand need to do a mandatory managerial internship (min. 6 months)as part of your curriculum.
• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Denmark.
• You are available to start in February 2027and flexible with working days/hours. Working times will vary between morning, mid-day, and evening.This internship is available as either a 6 month or 10 month internship.
• You are able to relocate to Copenhagen for the duration of the internship (accommodation is not provided by Zoku).
• You have experience in ahotel or a restaurant.
