OJ Electronics is seeking a Product Manager for our Drives team in Sønderborg, Denmark. You will blend technical and commercial ownership of drive solutions for cooling and compressor applications, aligning development with sales, R&D, supply chain and key customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management in a B2B environment.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
• Fluent Danish and English communication, written and spoken.
• Commercial understanding and market-driven development.
• Technical background in cooling applications, drives, or power electronics.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ongoing development and support of drive products and applications.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and supply chain to align priorities.
• Provide second-level support for selected customers and applications.
• Follow up on quality issues and support corrective actions.
