Job summary

ECCO invites a strategic leader to steer Sustainable Products and Data, translating sustainability ambitions into tangible business outcomes across climate, materials, LCAs and governance.

Reporting to the VP, Group Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, you will lead four specialists, drive CSRD reporting and climate accounting, and shape future-proof product development.

You will thrive in an international, collaborative setting and help ECCO balance responsibility with commercial success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams of specialists.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across a global matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of sustainability data, governance, reporting and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECCO’s CSRD reporting programme with cross-functional data collection and governance.
• Lead ECCO’s climate accounting and reporting.
• Advance sustainable products and materials initiatives across the value chain to improve environmental performance.
