Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Compliance Officer for Digital & Engagement to strengthen how Ethics & Compliance is delivered through practical digital solutions, data-driven insights and engaging communications.

You will lead digital transformations, support AI-enabled solutions and drive learning initiatives to make compliance processes simpler and more accessible for colleagues across the organization. The role is Copenhagen-based and collaborative across Global Legal & Compliance.

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into digital, data-driven or communication solutions.
Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation and adoption.
Familiarity with digital tools, data analysis, dashboards, automation or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities within digital tools, data, AI and automation to improve compliance processes and user experience.
Translate business and compliance needs into practical solutions, including digital workflows and dashboards; support governance and adoption.
Develop compliance dashboards, management reporting and data-driven insights to support risk prioritization and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of approved AI solutions within governance framework and ensure responsible use by colleagues.
Lead the annual Code of Ethics eLearning cycle and coordinate targeted learning and engagement initiatives.
Use data and feedback to simplify processes and strengthen user experience with compliance guidance.
