Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or similar field.
• Experience profiling and optimizing software development workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies; ability to work in a SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize build flows to reduce build times and friction.
• Improve development environments: editors, debuggers, AI-assisted tooling, packaging, IaC, reproducible environments.
• Enhance build, test, documentation, and debugging tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks in development workflows and implement pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
• Help establish and improve a strong software development culture.
