Job summary

Nykredit Markets is seeking a Desk Quant to work closely with trading desks, sales, and other specialists. You will contribute to developing and maintaining quant solutions used daily for pricing, risk management, and market activities.

Applicants may be recent graduates or up to three years of experience, with a degree in finance, economics, natural sciences, or engineering. The role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with the ability to model complex problems.
• Experience or coursework in financial modeling and risk management.
• Proficiency in Python and Excel for data analysis and tooling.
• Interest in AI or machine learning to augment trading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support trading desks and contribute to daily market activities using Dragonfly and other quant solutions.
• Configure, analyze, and apply models for pricing and risk management of financial products.
• Design, develop, and maintain Dragonfly applications and tools for the business.
• Assist in setup, maintenance, and development of models and risk calculations in Dragonfly and other systems.
• Monitor production flows, ensure data quality, and maintain robust processes.
