Job summary

Nykredit Markets invites applications for a Desk Quant in Copenhagen. You will join the QS Pricing & Structuring team, developing and maintaining Dragonfly-based models used by traders, sales and specialists.

The role blends finance, technology and quantitative analysis in a high-performance environment. You will contribute to pricing, risk management, and analytics applications, with a focus on production stability, data quality and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

Degree in finance, economics, natural sciences or engineering with strong academic results.
Strong analytical skills and motivation to solve complex financial challenges.
Solid understanding of quantitative modeling and financial theory.
Programming experience in Python and strong Excel skills.
Interest in AI or machine learning is preferred.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong performance focus and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Trading support: work with trading desks on daily market activities using Dragonfly and other quant solutions.
Financial modeling and quantitative analysis: configure and apply models for pricing and risk management.
Development of analytics applications: design, develop, and maintain Dragonfly applications and tools for the business.
Model setup and risk calculations: contribute to setup, maintenance and development of models and risk calculations.
Monitoring and optimizing production flows: ensure data quality and stable operation of models and platform.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions where they add business value.
