Nykredit Group is seeking a Desk Quant (Analyst/Associate) for Nykredit Markets to develop and maintain Dragonfly analytics, pricing models, and risk tools used daily by traders. The role sits in the QS Pricing & Structuring team, a core part of Quantitative Solutions.

Ideal candidates have a degree in finance/economics/engineering, strong Python and Excel skills, and an interest in AI/ML. Recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience are welcome.

• Solid understanding of quantitative modeling and financial theory
• Programming experience in Python and strong Excel skills

Responsabilités

• Trading support: Work with trading desks and contribute to daily market activities with Dragonfly and other quant solutions
• Financial modeling and quantitative analysis: Configure, analyze, and apply models for pricing and risk management
• Development of analytics applications: Design, develop, and maintain Dragonfly applications and tools for the business
• Model setup and risk calculations: Setup, maintain, and develop models and risk calculations in Dragonfly and other trading systems
• Monitoring and optimizing production flows: Ensure robust processes, data quality, and stable operation of models and quant platform
• Markets-focused use of AI: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions where they create business value
