Job summary

Reform in Copenhagen is seeking a Design Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom. You will guide them through early project stages, introduce Reform, and help imagine possibilities, blending design, sales, and customer guidance to shape the first part of the journey.

Join an international team and contribute to inspiring spaces. The role emphasizes customer experience, collaboration, and growth within a dynamic design environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish & English, both spoken and written.
• Background in design, architecture, interior design or related field.
• Strong communication and genuine interest in understanding people's needs.
• Structured and proactive approach to your work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in showroom, online, and over the phone.
• Help customers explore ideas for kitchen and storage projects during week and Saturdays.
• Create initial layouts, design proposals, and budget estimates.
• Manage incoming leads and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
• Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with Reform.
• Contribute to sales goals while prioritising customer experience.
• Help create a showroom environment that feels welcoming and inspiring.
