Job summary

Stealth is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to lead our global engineering organization, partnering with the CTO to ensure scalable, resilient platforms for digital asset trading and asset management.

You will own delivery cadence, platform consolidation across 80+ venues, data governance, and regulatory compliance while mentoring VPs, shaping the tech agenda, and aligning engineering execution with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-latency distributed systems, algorithmic trading infrastructure, and digital assets.
• Experience operating within regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Growth & M&A integration experience in engineering organizations.
• Operational partner to a technical founder or CTO with ownership of execution.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and OKRs.
• Lead the multi-year platform consolidation and data strategy across venues and markets.
• Own cybersecurity execution and regulatory commitments (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Manage global engineering budget, vendor relationships, and M&A engineering integrations.
