Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark is expanding its biopharmaceutical production teams at the Hillerød site. We are seeking Daytime Operators to support Upstream, Downstream and Solution Preparation with cGMP documentation, batch handling and in-process analysis.

This is a pipeline role inviting qualified candidates to join our talent pool and be contacted for current openings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with GMP systems and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and revise cGMP documents.
• Handle and complete batch documentation.
• Perform in-process sampling and measurements.
• Execute validation protocols.
• Mix solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations.
• Perform CiP/SiP of equipment.
• Train new colleagues.
• Report deviations and participate in process improvements.

About Us

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is expanding its capacity in Hillerød by adding 14 x 20,000L bioreactors and three additional downstream processing lines. This makes us Europe’s largest end-to-end CDMO, offering a total of 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for drug substance production complemented by comprehensive drug product and finished goods services. Tasks

• Execution and revision of cGMP documents
• Handling and completion of batch documentation
• In-process samplingand analytical measurements
• Execution of validation protocols
• Mixing of solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations
• CiP/SiP of equipment
• Training new colleagues
• Reporting deviations
• Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.

• You can read and understand work instructions in English.

Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries or you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production. It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, chromatography, filtration or fermentation processes.

Schedule & Application

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Furthermore, you will either work on Day 1 (06:00 – 17:04) or Day 2 (07:45 – 18:49).

Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.

To be considered for further process, it is a requirement that you submit your application and CV in English and that you state whether you prefer to work Day 1 or Day 2 (please also write if you are indifferent).
