FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark in Hillerød seeks Daytime Operators (Manufacturing Associates) to support Upstream, Downstream and Solution Preparation. The role focuses on GMP-compliant production, batch documentation and equipment preparation.

Training will be provided, and candidates should enjoy working on process optimization and continuous improvements. The position offers day shifts within a 7-day-in-14 schedule, a collaborative global culture, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries preferred.
• Willingness to work in GMP environment.
• Ability to read work instructions in English.
• Ability to handle batch documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and revise cGMP documents and batch records.
• Perform in-process sampling and analytical measurements.
• Execute validation protocols as required.
• Mix solutions to support Upstream/Downstream operations.
• CiP/SiP of equipment and line clearance.
• Train new colleagues and share knowledge.
• Report deviations and contribute to continuous improvement.

This makes us Europe’s largest end-to-end CDMO, offering a total of 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for drug substance production complemented by comprehensive drug product and finished goods services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our company at a pivotal time of growth and be part of an exciting journey – and all while only working 7 days during a 14-day period.TasksIn the position as operator (Manufacturing Associate), you will for instance be able to work on some of the following tasks:- Execution and revision of cGMP documents- Handling and completion of batch documentation- In-process sampling and analytical measurements- Execution of validation protocols- Mixing of solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations- CiP/SiP of equipment- Training new colleagues- Reporting deviations- Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvementsQualificationsWe expect from you that:- You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.- You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs to be done.- You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and are quick to pick up new digital tools.- People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way.- You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff.- You are enthusiastic about working under GMP.- You are comfortable with working with the equipment and technology used in processes of production.- You have flair for understanding how different components of a process interact.- You can read and understand work instructions in English.Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production.
