FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark is expanding its Hillerød site, adding bioreactors and downstream lines to support drug substance and products. The role involves cGMP documentation, batch records, sampling, validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Upstream/Downstream teams.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with GMP environments; experience with production equipment and English work instructions is beneficial.

About us

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is expanding its capacity in Hillerød by adding 14 x 20,000L bioreactors and three additional downstream processing lines. This makes us Europe’s largest end-to-end CDMO, offering a total of 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for drug substance production complemented by comprehensive drug product and finished goods services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our company at a pivotal time of growth and be part of an exciting journey – and all while only working 7 days during a 14-day period.

Tasks

• Execution and revision of cGMP documents
• Handling and completion of batch documentation
• In-process sampling and analytical measurements
• Execution of validation protocols
• Mixing of solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations
• CiP/SiP of equipment
• Training new colleagues
• Reporting deviations
• Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvements

Qualifications

Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production. It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, chromatography, filtration or fermentation processes.

Schedule

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Furthermore, you will either work on Day 1 (06:00 – 17:04) or Day 2 (07:45 – 18:49).

Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.
