The position is a full-time technical and administrative staff position (TAP), planned for 3.5 years, with a possible extension, based at Aalborg University.
The position is available from 1 November 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
You will collect and organise clinical data—including echocardiography, cardiac MRI, CT, ECG and electronic patient records—within a secure Trusted Research Environment (TRE). Your work will provide the foundation for cardiovascular research and AI development.
Working closely with clinicians, hospital IT teams, researchers and our data manager, you will:
You hold a relevant master’s degree in data science, computer science, biomedical engineering, health informatics or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Experience with DICOM/PACS, electronic patient records, secure research environments or container technologies is an advantage.
You will join an interdisciplinary cardiovascular research environment and have substantial influence on the development of Digital Heart’s data infrastructure.
