Job summary

SoftNice is seeking a senior SAP SD consultant to lead and support S/4HANA implementations across multiple regions. You will own end-to-end O2C design, support data migration, and help define global templates with country-specific localization. Strong ABAP/CPI coordination and BRF+ experience are valuable.

The role requires hands-on SD configuration, participation in fit-gap workshops, and collaboration with MM, FI, and other teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of SAP SD experience, including S/4HANA projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA SD configuration and design.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation and one rollout project.
• Deep understanding of O2C processes in SD, BP approach, and SD simplifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities across regions/entities.
• Participate in fit-gap workshops and propose standard S/4HANA solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end O2C processes in S/4HANA.
• Support data migration including BP, customer master, and pricing data.
• Drive global template design and localization for country-specific requirements.
• Configure SAP SD in S/4HANA: sales order, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management.
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA standard functionalities and simplifications.
• Work on BRF+ output management and Fiori-based processes.
• Collaborate with MM, FI, TM, EWM, PP for integrated design.
• Ensure seamless integration with FI for revenue recognition, billing, and taxation.
• Support interfaces, IDOCs, APIs, and EDI integrations.
• Create FS and coordinate with ABAP/CPI teams.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, WRICEFs, and business processes.
• Conduct training sessions for business users.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

• Support data migration, including business partner, customer master, and pricing data
• Drive global template design and localization for country-specific requirements
• Configure SAP SD in S/4HANA, including:
• Sales order management
• Pricing and condition techniques (advanced pricing a plus)
• Delivery, shipping, and transportation
• Billing and invoicing
• Credit management (FSCM integration preferred)
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA standard functionalities and simplifications
• Work on output management (BRF+) and Fiori-based processes
• Collaborate with MM, FI, TM, EWM, and PP teams for integrated process design
• Ensure seamless integration with Finance (FI) for revenue recognition, billing, and taxation
• Support interfaces, IDOCs, APIs, and EDI integrations
• Create functional specifications (FS) and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, etc.)
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, WRICEFs, and business processes
• Conduct training sessions for business users
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of SAP SD experience, including S/4HANA projects

• Business Partner (BP) approach replacing customer master

• Experience working with Agile/Activate methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with:
