Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a senior SAP PS consultant to drive S/4HANA transformation programs for Danish and Nordic clients. You will design project structures and financials, work with capex governance and asset accounting, and guide a 3–10 person workstream to deliver quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with controllers and stakeholders to translate needs into SAP solutions, drive end-to-end configuration, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring delivery on time and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP PS configuration, including a full implementation lifecycle.
• Capital project experience: investment programs, budgeting, AuC, Asset Accounting integration.
• Strong project controlling and capex accounting knowledge.
• Ability to write clear functional specs and communicate design decisions.
• English fluency; Nordic language (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian) a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement workshops with project controllers and stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP PS end to end: WBS, networks, profiles, status, templates.
• Own capital project flows from appropriation through capitalization.
• Manage PS integration with CO, FI, AA, IM, MM, SD, PM/EAM, HR/CATS.
• Lead PS workstream, plan work, review deliverables, manage risks.

About The Role

Join Accenture's Nordic SAP practice, working on S/4HANA transformation programs for large Danish and Nordic clients across energy, manufacturing, life sciences, shipping, and infrastructure. You'll design and deliver project structures and financials for clients with significant capital investment portfolios — working alongside project controllers, capex governance functions, and asset accountants to translate business needs into working SAP solutions. You'll also lead a workstream team of typically 3–10 consultants, owning delivery quality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement workshops and fit-to-standard sessions with project controllers, capex governance, procurement, and asset accounting stakeholders
• Design and configure SAP PS end to end: WBS hierarchies, networks, project profiles, coding masks, status management, and templates
• Own capital project flows from appropriation request and investment program through budgeting, availability control, AuC settlement, and final asset capitalization
• Manage PS integration with CO, FI, AA, IM, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HR/CATS
• Design cost, revenue, and budget planning solutions, including multi-year forecasting and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; support cutover, period-end simulation, and hypercare
• Lead a small to medium-sized PS workstream team: plan and allocate work, review deliverables, manage risks, and develop junior consultants
• Advise clients on capex governance, project lifecycle discipline, and reporting improvement
• Degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business administration, or IT
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP PS configuration, including at least one full implementation lifecycle
• Demonstrated capital project experience: investment programs, capital budgeting, availability control, AuC settlement, and Asset Accounting integration
• Solid understanding of project controlling and capex accounting principles — able to engage credibly with project controllers and asset accountants
• Working knowledge of SAP CO and FI, including how PS postings flow through the Universal Journal
• Proven experience leading a delivery team or workstream, with accountability for quality and output
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and communicate design decisions to both business and technical audiences
• Professional fluency in English; a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is a strong advantage
