Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a structured and curious Data Governance Intern to join our Strategy & Data Governance team in Copenhagen for a 3-month internship. You will translate governance frameworks into practical policies and documentation, gaining hands-on experience in data governance and organisational transformation.

Responsibilities include drafting governance policies, structuring documents, and creating user-friendly guides for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Economics, Law, IT, Data, Governance or similar.
Strong academic interest in governance, compliance, or data/AI

Responsibilities

Support drafting operational governance policies, standards, and procedures
Structure content in line with internal policy frameworks and templates
Consolidate governance materials into consistent, structured documents
Ensure alignment with Data Governance Policy and AI Governance frameworks
Maintain version control and document clarity
Help document governance processes, including workflows and operating procedures
Support creation of how-to guides for stakeholders
Convert complex governance concepts into simple, easy-to-read content
Draft operational data governance policy and supporting procedures
